UKMT Intermediate Maths Challenge

Congratulations to our fantastic Mathematicians in Years 9 and 10 who took part in the recent UKMT Intermediate Challenge. The Intermediate UKMT Challenge is a national competition for Year 9 to 11 students run by the University of Leeds. Each year there are around 280,000 entries. The top 40% of students nationally are awarded Gold, Silver or Bronze certificates. Our students have done amazingly well again this year, with 7 students achieving Gold awards, 6 pupils awarded Silver and 6 attaining Bronze certificates. Four of our students have qualified to proceed to the next rounds with the very highest performing students from the Maths Challenge being invited to sit the Olympiad. Good luck everyone!
